Trusting

As I was thinking of gifts from yesterday’s message, I was reminded of Mother Theresa, who relied on God for the needs of her order and the people she served. It is amazing how many times that the things she needed were brought to her door. My sister has had similar experiences with an organization that she runs helping those in need.  One day, a washer and dryer were donated.  Not the typical donations, but they found a place to store them.  The next day, a woman came in needing a washer and dryer. Of course. I think there is a message in there for all of us.  We can place our trust in God to bring us what we need. On the other hand, we should listen to those nudges to bring something to others.  It could be a meal, a card, a phone call, or a washer and dryer.  The trick is to remember to ask and to listen. Are you hearing something today?
